Developed construction budget, schedule, and logistics for major projects including proposed $3 billion Palm Island Tower in Dubai (world's tallest building at 228 stories and 3,400 ft tall) and for $700 million 9/11 Memorial and Museum at 16-acre World Trade Center site.
