- Principal participant in expanded application of ISO 9000 within USA.
- Author of US standard Quality Management Systems for Service Industry draft which was transferred to ISO to be starting point for ISO 9000 standard of same title.
- Among first to develop and teach business process reengineering based on ISO 9001.
- Supported development of first registrar founded in US and acted as one of initial lead auditors.
- Among first batch of ISO 9001 Lead Auditors certified by US Registrar Accreditation Board.
- Developed and taught one of first ISO 9000 Lead Auditor courses to get registered by Registrar Accreditation Board.
- Member of US TAG 176 which, within North America, is responsible for development and revision in ISO 9000 family of standards.
- Achievement of company registration to ISO/TS 16949-2002, automotive industry's version of ISO 9001.

Project Management
- Researched, designed, and implemented digital image record management system that made all business and project records available across PC network and ensured that records would be available in 30 years should lawsuit be filed against the company (one of major projects was cleanup of nuclear waste and contamination at Oak Ridge National Lab).
Business Development
- Set up two satellite service operations and built new home office for company that won community awards for beautification and neighborhood development.
