- Spearheaded implementation of Nevada Sentinel Events Registry, which was significantly behind schedule and in danger of not meeting statutory deadline. Repaired rocky relationship with industry partners, designed and piloted reporting forms, successfully took supporting regulations through legislative adoption process, established website, and trained 80% of reporting facilities, all by mandatory implementation date.

- Annual briefings to editors at industry publications resulted in 100% ROI within 90 days after briefings and an additional 50% ROI in 90-120 days following the initial ROI period. Consistent results for seven consecutive years resulted in Board of Directors attributing half of the value of the company’s stock price to the outcomes of these briefings.
